Welcome to Servorum.com ("the Site"). These Terms and Conditions of Service ("T&C") govern the use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Servorum.com and the links contained within the site, you agree to comply with these T&C and that you have reached the age of adulthood in your country. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C or have not reached the age of adulthood in your country, please do not use our services.
1. About Servorum.com
Primary Mission: Servorum.com's mission is to connect candidates, consultants, and self-employed professionals who share ethical and moral values derived from and/or compatible with the Catholic faith with companies aligned with these same values, fostering work relationships built on mutual trust and integral growth.
Our Role: We act as a filter and connector to ensure that only individuals and companies aligned with these values and committed to professional and human excellence participate in this network.

2. Site Users
Our services are directed at:
Clients: Catholic-inspired entrepreneurs and business owners seeking talent aligned with their values to fill vacancies.
Candidates: Professionals and other workers who recognize, respect, and live by the ethical and moral values derived from the Catholic faith.
3. Description of Service
We facilitate connections by:
Collecting detailed needs from companies.
Filtering and curating candidates based on official documentation, references, and an interview process conducted by properly trained staff.
Presenting vacancies to candidates and profiles of candidates, consultants, and self-employed professionals to companies.
4. Relationship with the Agency & Evaluation Process
You authorize Servorum to conduct a thorough evaluation process, including verification of information, interviews, and references.
Your profile is presented confidentially only to pre-vetted client companies that align with our values.
5. Limitation of Liability
Servorum does not guarantee employment or job performance. The final decision rests with the company.
We are not a party to employment contracts between the company and the candidate.
6. Fees & Payments (For Companies)
Initial Payment (Retainer): Various retainers exist for different services. Please consult a representative for details on the initial payment prices for each service.
Success Fees: Various success fee models exist depending on the service facilitated. Please consult a representative for details on the commission prices for different services. All fees are payable to Pedro Cadena Díaz within 30 calendar days after the invoice is issued.
A corresponding invoice will be issued.
7. Replacement Guarantee (For Companies) & Candidate Exclusion
Standard Guarantee (6 months): Free replacement if a candidate is justifiably dismissed for a serious violation of values (e.g., dishonesty).
Extended Guarantee (12 months, additional cost): Free replacement if the candidate voluntarily resigns within the first 12 months.
Candidates justifiably dismissed will be permanently blocked from the network.
8. User Obligations
Companies: Provide truthful information, notify us of hires, and fulfill payments.
Candidates, Consultants & Professionals: Provide truthful and updated information, act professionally, and live by values of excellence and ethics.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal and professional data voluntarily provided by you.
We use data exclusively to evaluate candidacies, present vacancies to candidates and candidate profiles to companies, and communicate about the process.
We share data only with pre-vetted client companies. We do not sell data to third parties.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting admin@servorum.com.
10. Data Security
We use third-party providers (e.g., Google, Meta) for essential functions, which maintain high security standards.
While we implement reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Modifications to the T&C
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time.
Modifications will become effective upon publication on the site.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
13. User Consent
By using the site, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these T&C and consents to the use of their data as described.
