For candidates, it’s always free.
For business owners, we have accessible fees to avoid that some of you miss out on our service because of money:

$1,000 USD = Search Start Fee

One month of the candidate’s salary upon hire.

The Search Start Fee is always credited towards the Success Fee.
The candidates we propose in our shortlists are professionally excellent, values-aligned with your principles and thoroughly vetted through interviews and crossed references.
If the candidate leaves within six months of the hire, we will run a new search for you, free of any cost. T&C apply.
We will run your next search without charging you a search start fee.
We do not do refunds.
