From Companies/Clients: Company name, contact information of the representative, company mission and vision, detailed vacancy characteristics (job description, team, requirements, etc.), and details about the company culture.

Automated Information (Cookies): Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance the user experience, analyze site traffic, and understand how our services are used.

  • Providing Services: To carry out the filtering and connection process between Companies and Candidates, including all necessary communications at each stage of the service (from initial contact to billing and follow-up).

3. With Whom We Share Your Information

Between Companies and Candidates: We only share the strictly necessary information to successfully carry out the connection services. This means that relevant Candidate profile information is shared with the Company interested in a vacancy, and relevant vacancy and company information is shared with relevant Candidates.

Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services to operate our platform and manage our operations. These include, but are not limited to, Google Workspace (for communications and document storage), Squarespace (for website hosting), Weglot (for website and information translations), and Meta (for communication with companies and candidates). These providers are required to protect your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We Never Sell Your Information: Servorum.com will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose unrelated to the provision of our services. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
